Custom Order Policy
- Requests for regular inventory items in a specific color or colors will be the same price as the regular item, unless materials cost is more. If materials cost is higher, the difference in materials cost will be added to the regular item price. A 50% deposit is required, with final 50% payment due upon receipt of order.
- For completely unique item requests, an estimate of cost will be given within 2 business days of request. Customer is responsible for cost of materials, cost of a pattern or the labor of creating a pattern, & cost of labor. Labor costs will be estimated to the best of my ability. Labor is $30/hr. A deposit equal to cost of materials plus 1 hour of labor is due before work will commence. Balance due upon receipt of order.
